Overview

NUXE Nuxuriance is a beauty film produced with the agency Crépuscule. I handled the direction, art direction, motion design, editing, compositing and VFX, working with Paul Briand on the 3D. The film builds a refined, luminous visual world around the Nuxuriance range, where texture, light and movement carry the sense of luxury.

The challenge

A luxury beauty film leaves no room for approximation: every surface, reflection and transition has to feel precise and desirable while staying faithful to the product and to the identity of the brand. The challenge was to make a rich, polished image that remains elegant and readable from the first frame to the last.

The solution

Working closely with Paul Briand on the 3D, I combined art direction, motion design, compositing and VFX, and cut the film myself. Keeping direction, animation and finishing in the same hands made it possible to control the look, the rhythm and the continuity of the whole film, shot after shot.

The result

A cohesive beauty film in which direction, 3D, motion and compositing work as one, delivering a polished and premium image for the Nuxuriance range. It is part of my luxury and beauty portfolio.
